What data do we collect and where does it come from?<\/h2>\n  <p>We collect the data that you provide to us:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>contact form<\/strong> (Contact page and package pages): first name, email, subject, message content;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>online reservation form and \u201cCheck Availability\u201d:<\/strong> first name, last name, phone number, email address, comments, dates, and room type; and if you\u2019d like an invoice, your billing information;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Reservations by phone or email<\/strong>: details provided during the call or in the message;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Deposit payment by bank transfer<\/strong>: transfer details (first name, last name, account number, amount, description);<\/li>\n    \n  <\/ul>\n  <p>We automatically collect technical data when you use the website: IP address, browser and device information, and server logs. SOHIS Reservation System<\/h2>\n  <p>We accept online reservations through the <strong>SOHIS<\/strong> system, provided by PPHU \u201cA-M\u201d Andrzej Domin, Grzegorz Domin (Jaworzno). The system is embedded on the \u201cReservations\u201d page. Data from the reservation form and the \u201cCheck Availability\u201d form is sent to this system and from there to our front desk.  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Who We Share Data With<\/h2>\n  <p>The following may receive the data:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>SOHIS<\/strong> \u2013 provider of the reservation system;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>payment operator<\/strong><span class=\"pp-todo\"><\/span> and <strong>the bank maintaining our account<\/strong> (Bank Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielczy w Gryficach) \u2013 for payments;<\/li>\n       \n    <li><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2013 website statistics (only with consent) and fonts on the website through which Google receives the IP address;<\/li>\n    <li><strong>public authorities<\/strong> \u2014when required by law (e.g., the tax office, the municipality regarding a local tax).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>Vendors acting on our behalf may use the data only to the extent specified in their contract with us.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n  <p>When you use Google services, your data may be transferred to Google LLC in the U.S. Google LLC participates in the <strong>EU\u2013U.S. Data Privacy Framework<\/strong>, under which the European Commission has recognized an adequate level of data protection. We process all other data within the EEA.  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>7. Do you need to provide your information?<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Reservations:<\/strong> Providing your first name, last name, email address, and phone number is optional, but without this information, we will not be able to accept your reservation or contact you regarding your stay. Comments are optional. <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Invoice:<\/strong> Please provide the invoice information only if you need an invoice. We will not issue an invoice without it. <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Contact form:<\/strong> You cannot send a message without providing your first name, email address, and subject. We cannot reply without an email address. <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Statistics (analytical cookies):<\/strong> Consent is voluntary. Refusing to give consent does not affect your use of the website or your ability to make a reservation. <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>We do not need your consent to process your data in order to make a reservation or reply to a message. We process your data because it is necessary for these actions. <\/p>\n\n  <h2>8.
