Cookie Policy
1. Who is responsible for the website?
The panorama-spa.pl website and the Panorama SPA facility (25 Kamieńska St., 72-344 Trzęsacz) are operated by LESZEK SMOLIŃSKI, ZRB I UTH – PRZYBIERNÓWKO, , PRZYBIERNÓWKO 8B, 72-300, NIP 8570202667.

2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. Thanks to these, a website can, for example, remember your selected language or your cookie preference. In this policy, we refer to both of these as “cookies.”
Some cookies remain active only until you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain on your device for a specified period of time or until you delete them (persistent cookies).
3. What cookies do we use?
We use two categories on the website.
Essential – without them, the website and the booking process would not function properly. They remember the website’s language, your cookie settings, and the details of your booking in the reservation system. They are always active.
Analytics – these help us track how many people visit the site, which pages are viewed, and how the booking system is used. For this purpose, we use Google Analytics, which is powered by Google Tag Manager. We review the analytics data in aggregate form and do not use it to identify specific individuals. We only enable them with your consent.
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
4. When We Need Your Consent
We may use essential cookies without your consent because they are necessary to provide the website and the service you wish to use.
We need your consent to use analytical cookies. Until you provide your consent, the analytics tools will not be activated. Withholding consent does not restrict your use of the website or your ability to make reservations.
5. How to Give, Change, or Withdraw Consent
On your first visit, you’ll see a cookie banner with three buttons:
- “Accept All” – enables analytics cookies;
- “Reject optional cookies” – keeps only the necessary cookies;
- “Settings” – lets you choose the categories yourself.
Both buttons—“Accept All” and “Reject Optional”—are equally easy to access.
You can change your decision at any time. Click “Cookie Settings” in the footer of the page, then “Save Selection,” “Reject Optional Cookies,” or “Withdraw Consent.” Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legality of actions taken before you withdrew it. Any cookies that have already been set will be disabled after you refresh the page.
We will remember your decision for 183 days. After that time, we will ask you again.

- SOHIS – an online reservation system embedded on the “Reservations” page, provided by PPHU “A-M” Andrzej Domin, Grzegorz Domin. It stores the data needed to complete a reservation in the browser.
- Google Fonts – the website’s fonts are downloaded from Google’s servers. They do not set cookies, but Google receives your device’s IP address in the process.
The links to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps in the footer are standard hyperlinks. They do not set cookies until you visit those websites.
8. Personal Information
Some cookies, particularly analytical cookies, may involve the processing of personal data, such as a device identifier or IP address. In such cases, we process this data based on your consent. Details, including your rights and the option to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Browser Settings
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings: block them, delete them, or set notifications when they are stored. Blocking essential cookies may make it difficult to use the website, including completing a reservation.
10. Changes
We update this policy whenever the tools used on the website change. The current version is always available on this page.
